Lipolysis Aftercare

Immediately after treatment:

• Expect mild swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness at the treated area. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days.
• Small lumps or nodules may be felt under the skin; these usually resolve on their own within 1–3 weeks.
• Avoid touching, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated area unless specifically instructed by your practitioner.

Activities and care:

• Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy physical activity for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold for the first 48 hours.
• Drink plenty of water to help flush out the fat cells.
• Light massage of the treated area may be recommended by your practitioner after a few days to help reduce nodules.

Expected results:

• Gradual reduction of fat in the treated area over several weeks.
• Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results, depending on the treatment area and individual factors.
