Botox Aftercare

For the first 4 hours

• Stay upright (do not lie down).
• Do not rub, massage, or apply pressure on the treated areas.
• Avoid wearing tight hats or headbands.

For the first 24 hours

• Avoid strenuous exercise.
• Avoid saunas, hot tubs, or heat exposure.
• Do not consume excessive alcohol.
• Avoid facial treatments (facials, massages, lasers).

What to expect

• Mild redness, swelling, or small bumps at injection sites, which usually resolve within a few hours.
• Results begin to appear in 3–7 days and stabilize in about 2 weeks.
• Effects typically last 3–4 months.

When to contact your clinic

If you experience severe headache, drooping eyelid, vision changes, difficulty speaking or swallowing, or any unusual symptoms.
