Immediately after treatment

• Expect redness, swelling, or mild bruising at the treated area. This is normal and typically resolves within a few days.
• Tiny pinpoint marks may appear at the treatment sites and may scab; do not pick or scratch them.
• Mild tenderness or tightness of the skin may occur for 1–3 days.

Skin care

• Keep the area clean and avoid harsh cleansers or exfoliants for 48 hours.
• Use a gentle moisturizer and sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily to protect the skin.
• Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.

Activities to avoid:

• Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks.
• Do not use tanning beds or self-tanning products until the skin has fully healed.
• Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, or other aggressive skin treatments for 2–4 weeks unless approved by your provider.

Expected results

• Mild improvements in skin texture may appear within a few days, with more significant tightening and rejuvenation over 4–12 weeks.
• Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on your goals.
