1. Who we are
Clinique AG is a physician-led medical aesthetics clinic in Montréal and Saint-Sauveur, Québec. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us through cliniqueag.ca and when you contact us. We handle it in line with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
2. Person in charge of protecting personal information

3. What we collect and why
We only ask for what we need to help you.
- Appointment requests: your name, email, telephone number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred date and time, so we can contact you and arrange your consultation.
- Contact form, email and telephone: your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, and your message, so we can answer you.
- Email sign-up: if you enter your email address in the sign-up field at the bottom of our pages, we use it to send you clinic news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us.
- Website use: technical information collected through cookies and similar tools, described in section 4.
Please keep detailed health information for your consultation. Your treating professional collects what is needed for your care, and that information is kept in your confidential clinical record.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files that help the website work and help us understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to see which pages are visited, the type of device used, the general area of the visit (city level) and how visitors found us. This helps us improve the website. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. Google may collect information about your device and how you use the page for that purpose.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website will continue to work.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our website host, our email delivery service and Google, and only for those purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.
6. Information stored outside Québec
Some of our service providers, including Google, may store or process information outside Québec, for example in the United States.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or longer when the law or our professional obligations require it. After that, it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
8. How we protect it
We limit access to the people who need it to serve you, the website uses a secure encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we work with service providers that apply security measures to the information they handle for us.
9. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent to a use of it, subject to the law. To do so, write to info@cliniqueag.ca. We will answer within 30 days.
If you have a concern about how we handled your request, please tell us first so we can resolve it. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
